Get your club ready for the season with Get Set Weekend on 23-24 March

This year, Get Set Weekend, a focal point for clubs to get ready for the season, will take place on 23-24 March 2024, and clubs can register for the #GetSetWeekend via the ECB link below. Clubs that register before 29 February can be entered into a draw for Jewson store credit for their club, and receive a pack of resources (more details below).
Win store credit for your club with Jewson when you register by 29th February
The Cricket Collective have agreed a partnership with Jewson where up to 1000 registered clubs*, can win store credit ranging from £25 to £500 to support them with their events over the weekend. Additionally, clubs will receive a #GetSetWeekend resource pack** in the post to help promote the activities, recruit new volunteers and decorate their club. The physical pack includes various sized posters, flyers, bunting and drinks coasters.
The Get Set Weekend is powered by ECB’s The Cricket Collective: the army of volunteers that make cricket happen. In addition to using the weekend to prepare a club’s physical facilities and grounds it is a great way to inspire new and existing volunteers to get involved at their local club. The Cricket Collective has produced a digital booklet and an interactive editable Task List to support this, which are both available via the ECB Resource Hub below. The booklet includes advice on how to run a successful event, wet weather contingency plans, tips on creating welcoming environments, and new and improved social assets.
Please note, even though the #GetSetWeekend national weekend is taking place on 23-24 March we appreciate this weekend may not be suitable for all clubs. Clubs can input alternative dates for a Get Set Weekend of their choosing when they register via the above link.
*Deadline for clubs to register and be entered into the prize draw to receive Jewson Account Credit up to the value of £500 is 23:59 on 29 February 2024 (Clubs can continue to register after this date but will not be entered into prize draw)
** Final deadline for clubs to register for the physical resource packs is 23:59 on 29 February 2024 (Clubs can continue to register after this date but will receive only a digital resource pack, not a physical resource pack)
