Dickson hits second 50 in US T20 Open

Sean Dickson hit his second 50 as US Tigers exited the US T20 Open in Florida at the quarter-final stage.

The 26-year-old hit 76 not out off 45 balls as his side posted 206 before losing by four wickets to Smart Choice CC from Texas.

The right-hander hit five fours and five sixes and scored at a strike rate of almost 169 per 100 balls.

The Tigers, based in Charleston, North Carolina also called on Canada and Loughborough MCCU batsman Nitish Kumar and Somerset’s South African all-rounder Roelof van der Merwe.
