Floodlight testing at the St Lawrence Ground

The first testing and positioning of the floodlights at the St Lawrence Ground went ahead this afternoon. As you can see by the photo, it was a resounding success. The floodlights are being tested ahead of their first use on Friday at the match between Canterbury Christ Church University and University of Kent.

This match is a free event and the perfect opportunity to see the lights in action. The Women's match starts at 5pm and the Men's match is due to begin at 7.45pm.
