On Tuesday 12th June, to tie in with the launch of the 2012 Friends Life t20 season and Kent's opening match against Sussex Sharks at TheNevill, everyone’s favourite cricket pundit David ‘Bumble’ Lloyd will launch the “Friends Life t20: You’re Invited”, which will see him send personalised messages to Kent supporters.

This year’s Friends Life t20 competition is being launched in a fun, fresh and exciting way which aims to get even more Kent supporters involved and attending matches.

The Friends Life t20 is an enjoyable, social and exciting experience with each game providing ‘something completely different’. Friends Life t20 cricket is a unique experience for every sports fan and sosupporters are being offered the chance to receive their very own ‘unique’ invite from Mr Twenty20 himself – Bumble.

Throughout the day – ahead of the opening game of the season – Bumble will be taking message requests online and filming unique, personalised messages which he will then send straight back to the recipient. Whether in the commentary box, on the pitch or inspecting the crease Bumble will deliver the messages in his excitable, unique manner.

To get your very own personal invite to a game from Bumble, all you have to do is tweet @ECB_Cricket with your message request, incorporating 'Kent' and the hash tag #ECBt20

Steve Elworthy, ECB Director of Marketing and Communications, said: “Friends Life t20 cricket offers ‘something completely different’ from traditional cricket and fans can make the most of the entertainment on their doorstep. Each game is fast, fun, exciting and unique so what better way to spread the word than with your own one-of-a-kind personalised message from Mr Twenty20? The ECB has never done anything like this before but we’re extremely excited to providesupporters with something they can enjoy and share with their friends.”
