Hemphrey hits highest score as Second Team impress

A personal best of 163 from Charlie Hemphrey (pictured) has put Kent into a good position, going into the second day of their Second Eleven Championship match with MCC Universities at The Mote.

After being put into bat, Hemphrey led the way with 163 and shared in a partnership of 238 for the fourth wicket with James Goodman (78), as Kent reached 351-5 at stumps.
