Job Vacancy: General Manager – The County Ground, Beckenham

Applications are invited for the position of General Manager for The County Ground, Beckenham at Kent County Cricket Club.

The role is a management position and requires the successful candidate to lead the day-to-day operation of the Club’s second ground in Beckenham.

The successful candidate will lead, manage and be accountable for all activities at the ground. This will include sales, marketing and business development, as well as operational activities including catering operations.

The appointed individual will be a key member of the Club’s management team and will be expected to devise and implement a strategic plan to ensure the profitable growth and development of the club’s Beckenham based facility.

Suitable candidates will be good operators who are commercially focused with a strong work ethic and looking to progress their career. A knowledge, appreciation and understanding of the sports industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
