Hundreds enjoy 2017 Open Day

Hundreds of families enjoyed the 2017 Open Day at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence.

The Kent Cricket squads met supporters and signed autographs.

The next generation tried a range of cricket activities including Kwik Cricket, All Stars Rapid Fire challenge, Speed Net bowling, BatFast and simulated disability cricket sessions.

There was a bouncy castle, assault course, face painting and a chance to meet our mascot Victa and his new friend.

James Tredwell signed autographs at his Testimonial Stall and recruited riders Treddy’s Bike Ride in aid of the Kent Cricket Development Trust or win his bike in the prize raffle.

The club welcomed stalls from the Supporters Club and sponsors Shepherd Neame, Barretts Motor Group, University of Kent, Catch IT and Visit Canterbury.
