Kent Cricket Board Ltd : Vacancy of Finance Director

Following incorporation as a Company Limited by Guarantee, KCB Ltd wish to
appoint a Finance Director/Company Secretary to oversee financial processes and efficient discharge of corporate responsibilities as well as provision of timelymanagement information and financial accounts to the Operational Management Committee (OMC) and Board.

The role will be a voluntary one (although reasonable expenses will be reimbursed), working with the finance administration staff.

The successful candidate will hold a suitable qualification in the Accountancy field; have experience of a Finance director role in similar or larger organisations and have experience of auditing and in depth knowledge of VAT.

In addition, although not essential, an enthusiasm for cricket and cricket in Kent particularly will bean asset. He/she will sitonthe OMC and be put forward for election asa Director of the Company.
