Kent frustrated by rain at The Nevill

Men’s First Team

Shortly before 6pm, play was abandoned for the day at The Nevill. Only 15.1 overs were possible during the day due to overnight rain and showers throughout the day. Kent won the toss and elected to field, with play finally commencing at 4.15pm.

When play was abandoned shortly before 6pm, Hampshire were 50 for 3.

If you bought a ticket for Wednesday 6th June, you may use it for another day of cricket during this LV= County Championship match against Hampshire The Nevill. No refunds will be issued.

Parking at The Nevill

If you hold a parking pass for the St Lawrence Ground or Simon Langton Girls' School you will be able to park on site at The Nevill.

As parking is limited, if you are not in possession of one of these passes you are advised to park in Forest Road or Warwick Park Road. There are also several car parks within a 10 – 15 minute walk; Torrington Car Park, Great Hall Car Park and Pantiles Car Park.

You may also wish to consider travelling by taxi from the station.
