Kent Spitfires squad announced ahead of televised CB40 match at Hove

KentSpitfires face Sussex Sharks in a televised CB40 match on Tuesday 23rd August. The match at Hovestarts 4.40pm, with live coverage available on Sky Sports.

Asannounced on the Kent Cricket website earlier today, Rob Key will miss this match due to an on-going wrist injury. Key is due to have a scan on Wednesday. Martin van Jaarsveld has handed vice-captaincy to Geraint Jones for the remainder of the season, and Joneswill captain the Spitfires in this match– click herefor the announcementmade earlier today.

The Spitfires return to the St Lawrence Ground on Friday for a sell-out 50 over match against India. The Spitfires then face Derbyshire Falcons in a CB40 match at the St Lawrence Ground on Bank Holiday Monday, 29th August. This is the final opportunity to see the Spitfires at home this season.
