Meet the Coach – a unique opportunity for Members and Ticket Package holders

Kent County Cricket Clubis offering Members and Ticket Package holders a unique opportunityin the lead up to the 2012 cricket season – the chance to meet new Head Coach, Jimmy Adams.

Adams' appointment was announced in early January, following an extensive recruitment campaign which attracted applications from around the world.

Adams played 54 Test matches and 127 One Day Internationals for the West Indies during a nine year international career, which culminated with his appointment as Captain. Adams retired from Test cricket with a batting average of 41.26 and a highest Test score of 208 not out.

Following retirement from cricket in 2004, Adams coached the West Indies Under 19 team and most recently has been Technical Director of Jamaica Cricket. He is also the President of the Federation of International Cricketers’ Association (FICA) a position he has held since 2008.

The Club's Meet the Coach event will take place on Wednesday 28th March from 7pmin the Harris Room at the St Lawrence Ground.A bar will be openthroughout the evening.
