Pilgrims Hospice Christmas Fair at The Spitfire Ground

Tuesday 22nd November 2016

The Pilgrims Hospice is holding its popular Christmas Market at the The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence on Sunday (27 November).

The doors of the Chiesman Pavilion will be open from 11am to 4pm with craft and home produce stalls, and live music and refreshments, and Santa’s Grotto.

Among the stall holders will be some of the many volunteers who help keep the charity going – like David Boorman, who has been knitting, stitching, baking, jam-making and icing.

Other regular volunteers are Elaine Newman, who has been wrapping Christmas teddies for her stall, and Sarah Cooke, who has been baking cakes.

Last year they helped the Christmas Market raise £8,000 for hospice care. For more information, visit www.pilgrimshospices.org
