Play at Bristol rained off

No play was possible on the opening day of the LV= County Championship match between Gloucestershire and Kent at Bristol.

Heavy rain fell throughout the morning, and after lunch had been taken play was abandoned for the day with the outfield saturated.

Both sides will be hoping for some fine weather to get a result as they fight battles at opposite ends of Division Two.
