Annual General Meeting Resolutions

That the Committee is requested to prepare amendments to the Constitution and Rules of the Club, to give effect to paragraphs 1 to 5 of the resolution, detailed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and to submit those amendments for approval and adoption at the Annual General Meeting 2013.

That the Club’s General Committee is authorised to dispose (whether by way of transfer of the freehold interest therein or by way of lease or otherwise), of the parts of the St Lawrence Ground, Canterbury indicated on the plan included and referred to in the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2011.
