Suzie Bates set for Kent debut at The Spitfire Ground on Sunday

The Wisden Leading Woman Cricketer of the Year Suzie Bates is set for her Kent debut against Middlesex at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence on Sunday.

Kent captain Charlotte Edwards will lead the side for the first time since her retirement from international cricket alongside five former England colleagues and the New Zealand captain.

A 13-strong squad has been selected for the Royal London One-Day County Championship match against Middlesex.

Middlesex squad:Izzy Westbury (c), Catherine Dalton, Naomi Dattani, Sophia Dunkley, Alexandra Hartley, Holly Huddleston, Beth Morgan, Natasha Miles, Anna Nicholls, Millie Pope, India Whitty, Fran Wilson.
