Women’s ‘Battle of the Bridge’ returns to Canterbury on Monday

After a year away at Chelmsford, the annual Battle of the Bridge T20 showcase returns to The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence as Kent Women face Essex Women for the second times under floodlights at Canterbury.

The Horses will be looking for a victory after rain curtailed a result at The Spitfire Ground, two years ago, & a three-wicket defeat at the Cloud County Ground last year.

Entry to the Battle of the Bridge is FREE for all valid 2023 Kent Members, with entry gained by scanning their 2023 Kent Membership card at the gate. Non-members are able to gain entry at £5 for adults or FREE for under-15s both at the gate & online in advance.

With entrance via the Kennedy Gates next to Sainsbury’s, the bar in the Chiesman Pavilion will be open for all to use throughout the night, with the match starting at 18:00 (Toss at 17:30).

First-come-first-serve complimentary parking is also available, for this fixture only, for spectators – entrance via the vehicle entrance on Old Dover Road.
