Player Biography
Having come through the Kent Cricket Boys’ County Pathway, Dave Smith went on to played for Oxford MCCU and Oxfordshire CCC.
Having coached in England and Australia he set up Invicta Cricket Coaching in 2015 and became Head of Cricket at Sevenoaks School in 2019.
He first coached in the women’s game with Tunbridge Wells CC and started working for Kent Cricket in August 2022 as Women’s & Girls’ Pathway Manager.
He is overseeing the entirety of the Female Talent Pathway in Kent, from grassroots to first-team level.
