Player Biography
Toby was appointed Men’s Batting Consultant in December 2023 after having worked as Head Coach of both Middlesex & Glamorgan previously.
He was Batting Coach for the West Indies senior team during their T20 World Cup success in 2012 & Test Series win over England in 2019.
Welsh-born Radford played a role in setting up the West Indies High Performance Centre & the Middlesex Academy.
He has previously worked with the ECB as a specialist batting coach following a county cricket career with Sussex & Middlesex in the 1990s.
