What do I need to do before I come to the match?
- Non-members must print or download their matchday ticket
- This is downloadable via the Club’s Ticket Portal here
- Click on ‘VIEW ALL TICKETS CLAIMED’ > ‘SEE DETAILS’ > ‘PRINT’
- Be prepared for changeable British weather

- No. Spectators do not need to show any proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test at Kent Cricket venues this season

- No. NO alcohol is permitted for any Vitality Blast match

- No. All seating is designated and therefore spectators must sit where allocated on their match ticket

- Pedestrian access to this match will be via:
- Entrance Zone A, to the left of Sainsbury’s and the entrance to the Oriole at Lime Tree Café, OR
- Entrance Zone B, at the Nackington Road entrance to the ground
- Vehicle access for Spitfire Ground Car Parking Pass holders and pre-booked Blue Badge holders is via the Main Gates on The Drive

- Yes – you can purchase a ticket for each day’s play via the Box Office at Entrance Zone A – to the left of Sainsbury’s and the entrance to The Oriole at Lime Tree Café

Can Members of the visiting team enter Member areas?
- Yes – Members from the opposition will be able to access Member areas on production of a valid 2022 Membership Card from their home county

I have a Blue Badge, can I park in the ground?
- Limited parking at The Spitfire Ground is available for accessible parking for blue badge holders only
- Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and will not be available to purchase on the day – call 01227 456 886 to reserve
- Blue badge holders with a valid Spitfire Ground Car Parking Pass will not be charged to park – but must book a space in advance via the number above
- Blue badge holders without a Spitfire Ground Car Parking Pass will be charged a daily rate of £15 – and must book a space in advance via the number above

Where are the toilets situated?
- Men’s Toilets are located behind the Frank Woolley Stand and at the rear of the Leslie Ames Stand
- Women’s toilets are situated to the rear of the Underwood & Knott & Frank Woolley Stands
- Portable toilets are also situated at the Nackington Road end of the ground and behind the big screen
Where am I allowed to smoke in the ground?
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the seated or covered areas, including e-cigarettes

Can I bring my dog?
- No. dogs are not be allowed into the ground for Vitality Blast matches, with the exception of trained Assistance dogs.

- No. Spectators are asked not to go on the playing area at any time before, during or after the match
What do I do if I want to report discriminatory behaviour during the match?
If you have experienced or witnessed discrimination, you can report it to Kent Cricket fully anonymously via a dedicated text service: text the word KENTCRICKET followed by your message, including where you experienced the behaviour and any other useful information, to 88440.
All messages will be taken seriously and in complete confidence by the Club’s Stewarding team.
Can I get an autograph or a selfie with the players?
- Yes – we’re pleased to confirm that spectators are permitted to interact with our players this season
- Spectators are not permitted to enter the field of play or any prohibited areas at any time
- A special autograph signing session will take place outside the Oriole at Lime Tree Café after every home Vitality Blast match
