Job vacancy: Head of Talent Pathway

Applications are invited for the position of Head of Talent Pathway at Kent County Cricket Club.

The Head of Talent Pathway will lead the delivery of the County Talent Pathway strategy to identify and develop the highest potential cricketers for Kent and England.

Suitable applicants will have a clear understanding of what qualities and characteristics are required for a person to become a successful professional cricketer, as well as: experience of setting up and delivering coaching programmes, and a wide range of coaching experience.

The Head of Talent Pathway will work in the Performance Cricket department, working with the Director of Cricket to develop a clear and compelling strategy for the Kent County Talent Pathway, as well as County Head Coach to ensure the whole of Kent Cricket Coaching is aligned from top to bottom.
