Pre-match T20 entertainment: Shane Hampsheir

PRE-MATCH entertainment at the Kent Spitfires“ Twenty20 Cup games will be provided by up-and-coming crooner (and Kent supporter) Shane Hampsheir. Just 21, Shane, whose idols are Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin and Mel Torme, has already sung with a range of big name big bands, including the Syd Lawrence Orchestra and the Len Phillips Big Band – as well as at the Lord“s Test against South African last summer. Last year he also appeared on the compilation ‘You Raise Me Up“, alongside Girls Aloud and Elton John, a record that topped the UK compilation charts.
