Kentís Northeast earns England U19 call

KENT batsman Sam Northeast (pictured)has been named in the England U19 squad for its home series against Bangladesh U19“s. Young England will play their Bangladesh counterparts in two Tests, followed by a five-match ODI series, before finishing with two Twenty20 fixtures.

The home side, captained by Hampshire’s Hamza Riazuddin, begins its series at Scarborough on July 6 before the second Test commences at the County Ground, Derbyshire, on Sunday July 12.
