Canterbury Cricket Week 2016 is here!

One of the highlights of the Kentish social calendar takes place this week as the 165th Canterbury Cricket Week is held at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence.

The Specsavers County Championship match against Worcestershire starts on Wednesday (3 August) at 12pm (11am on days 2-4) with Kent captain Sam Northeast laying a wreath for the fallen during the tea interval on day one.

Day two next Thursday (4 August) is the KMFM Ladies Day with Fashion on the Outfield during the tea interval and a shopping arcade with the best in Kentish crafts, clothing and fashion.

There will be carvery lunches in the Colin Cowdrey Stand (except Saturday), afternoon tea at the Lime Tree Café, live music and a bouncy castle to entertain the crowds.
