Job Vacancies – Kent Cricket Board

Following on from the recent announcement of the 4-year partnership between Kent Cricket Board and Chance to Shine, the Board is now inviting applications for three posts, each part of the new delivery programme in Kent.

The first post of Cricket Development Officer is part time and is expected to average 17.5 hours per week. The main focus will be the delivery of ‘Chance to Shine’ Schools Cricket, initially in the East of Kent. The full job description and candidate brief is available for download here. The second post, of Cricket Development Officer, Women and Girls, is a full time, field-based post, with responsibility for the delivery of a strategic plan with focus on ‘Chance to Shine’ coaching development in Schools. The third post of Cricket Development Officer – Inclusive – is also a full time, field-based post, with responsibility for the delivery of a strategic plan for Disability and Inclusive cricket with focus on ‘Chance to Shine’ coaching development in Schools.
