Kent Cricket saddened by death of former scoreboard operator Ken Vellam

Today we heard the sad news that,Ken Vellam, a former Kent Cricket scoreboard operator has passed away. Ken operated the scoreboard for 13 years with his wife Sheila until 1998. His funeral will take place on Wednesday 31^st October 4.40pm, at Thanet Crematorium in Margate. Our thoughts are with Ken's family at this sad time.
