Kent Cricket seeks applicants for four key positions

Kent County Cricket Club is currently seeking applicants for the following key positions:

Assistant Coach

This is a key position and requires the successful candidate to help create an environment in which players can deliver to their full potential, thereby optimising the short and long term playing performance objectives of Kent Cricket.

The Assistant Coach will be responsible for supporting the development of talent throughout the county. This includes working with the Kent County Cricket Club 1st and 2nd Teams, the Kent Cricket Academy and Kent Performance Squads. The position will support coaches and players in the identification of key objectives that feed into Individual Player Development Plans, and will be responsible for monitoring progress against these objectives. Cricket Analyst

Kent County Cricket Club is looking to develop its cricket statistics and video databases. Along with many sports, cricket is now using statistical analysis techniques to assess and improve the performanceof its team. Kent Cricket is looking to lead in this field and wishes to employ an analyst to help with the challenge. Click here for further information on this position

PA to the Chief Executive Officer

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for the key position of PA to the Chief Executive Officer of Kent County Cricket Club. Kent Cricket requires the successful candidate to have extensive PA experience gained at CEO/Board level, and meticulous attention to detail in order to fulfil this demanding role. Strength and Conditioning Coach

Kent Cricket is looking to recruit a Strength and Conditioning Coach, to develop and deliver world-class strength and conditioning (S&C) services for its players so that they are able to deliver to their full potential, optimising the short and long term playing performance objectives of Kent Cricket.
