Nominate someone for a Canterbury and District Sports Award

You can nominate someone who has made a difference in your local sporting community. Maybe it’s a friend or family member who has excelled within their sport, someone who has given hours of their own time to their local club, or a local club offering sporting opportunities to young or disadvantaged people.

To nominate someone for one of this year’s Canterbury and District Sports Awards, go to www.activecanterbury.org and enter the details of your nominee or local club, providing information on the difference they have made in their community.

Your chosen nominee will be notified of their nomination and receive a certificate if they are not shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the awards, at which Geraint Jones will be present on the 18th November for free. Tickets can be purchased for £30 from www.activecanterbury.org through the ‘contact us’ pages.
