Women’s International T20 at Canterbury in 2024: Ticketing update for Members

Women’s International T20 cricket will return to Canterbury for the first time in 12 years next Summer, as The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence will host England Women vs. New Zealand on Thursday 11 July, 2024.

Members will have access to a priority allocation of tickets for this exciting fixture. They are not required to enter any ballot to access this allocation.

As soon as 2024 Memberships go on-sale at the end of the month, Kent Cricket Members who renew for 2024, and Kent Cricket Life Members, will be able to purchase up to six discounted tickets from just £5 each.

Members can also purchase an upgraded ticket to include an enhanced viewing experience from the Frank Woolley Stand Upper.

This match is not included in the Six Pack Ticket Bundle. Six Pack & Six Pack Plus holders should purchase tickets from the Club website or via the ballot process. The Membership discount on tickets applies only to Members and not Six Pack Ticket Bundles.

Kent Cricket’s CEO, Simon Storey said: “We are thrilled to be hosting a Women’s International T20 match here at Canterbury during the height of Summer in 2024.

“With women’s cricket more popular than ever, especially our national side, we want create a sell-out atmosphere on the ground. The award of such a high-profile match gives us an opportunity for us to align our pricing strategies with Men’s international cricket venues and generate incremental revenue for the Club.

“We wanted to continue to provide Members with extra value, so we have included a significant discount and increased the number of discounted tickets that Members can purchase to six, to allow them to enjoy what promises to be most significant women’s international fixture in the county’s history with family and friends.

“Full details of 2024 Kent Cricket Membership Packages will be announced at the end of September.”


International T20 cricket is back at The Spitfire Ground after 12 years next Summer!

International T20 cricket will return to Canterbury on Thursday 11 July 2024 when The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence hosts the 3rd match in England’s IT20 series against New Zealand.

It is only the second time that Canterbury has hosted a Women’s International T20 match in its long history, and will be another boost for the continued growth of women’s cricket in Kent.
