Funding Still Available for Kent Clubs

The Return to Cricket Grant Scheme has been extended and the application criteria relaxed, since it was first announced. Club’s that are affiliated to Kent Cricket can apply for financial support of up to £3,000 to support with a variety or essential costs, examples of some of these areas are listed below. For a full list of items that can be supported, please visit the ECB website.

Facilities Preparation Costs

• Adapting to comply with COVID-19 guidelines
• Pitch Renovation

Essential Fixed and / or Contracted Costs

• Utility or Service Costs
• Rental charges
• Staff costs (employees – not coaches or players)
• Security
• Insurance
• TV / Broadband Subscriptions (where it is not suspended)

If you would like to make an application, please read through both the Guidance Notes and FAQs Document, which are attached to this article. Then complete the application form and return it to James Moss, along with the club’s constitution and latest bank statement.
