Kent Cricket’s Charlton Davis added to ECB Visually Impaired squad

It is with great pleasure that Kent Cricket can announce their latest addition to an ECB squad. 21-year-old Charlton Davis has successfully been selected for the ECB Visually Impaired squad following a day of trials at Edgbaston earlier in November.

Charlton trialled alongside 40 other visually impaired players and was successfully selected having fought off the stiff competition from across the country, including 4 of his Kent teammates (Luke Boulding, Matthew Boulding, Lee Robshaw and Vijay Parekh) who were identified and will be monitored by England staff.

Charlton has been a member of the Kent Cricket Visually Impaired squad since 2017 and is a hard hitting all-rounder whose wickets have counted towards many victories for Kent in both league and cup competition.
