Club focuses on online sales with temporary shop closure

In light of the recent decision by the ECB and Kent Cricket to suspend all Community cricket programmes following the outbreak of COVID-19, the Club has decided to move the Kent Cricket Shop to online sales only for the time being.

The retail outlet, located at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence will be temporarily closed with immediate effect until further notice, to ensure the welfare of our staff and customers.

During the Club’s 150th Year in 2020, there are a number of commemorative items available to order via the online shop, including: a special Legacy Shirt commemorating Kent’s first ever coloured playing jersey from 1993, a comemmorative 150th Year County Championship playing jersey  and a 150th Year tie.

Kent Cricket’s Retail Manager, Barrie Dyer, said: “Whilst it’s disappointing not to be able to meet my customers face-to-face, I’m still available to answer any queries or questions they may have.

“I’m still fulfilling online orders as usual and I’m pleased to let you know that the current Vitality Blast shirt, which sold out last year, is now back in stock and already selling well again in 2020.

“We have an extensive range online and whether you’re looking for advice on sizing, or wondering what equipment is best for your requirements, just let me know.

“I look forward to hearing from you.”
